I spent multiple decades in the pnw and moved my entire life to the valley of the sun. In the midst of summer I expect just that, sun. I couldn't have a deeper rooted hatred of the rain. I spend money on a pool every day, it's money wasted when there is sky piss falling. If I wanted weeks of this garbage I'd move back to the capitol of depression and suicide, the pnw.

I get it. I grew up here, and have worked outside much of my life in the blistering inferno. A few days of this in July is a little slice o heaven to me. Different strokes on todays weather, but I couldn't live where it rains all the time either....
