Swap 320dX to 335dX need help and advices

Hello guys. My name is Alex. I am a new member of this forum) I'm from Russia. Before I start... Sorry for my English)
Well. Last year I did swap to my 320dx. Swap was from f34 335dx. It's a long history and if you want to know any details of course you can ask and I'll answer all your questions.
There were a lot of difficulties on this way. Technical side, mechanical, coding, etc. I have some problems until now and I need your help, owners 335d and technical specialists)
-The first problem that I have - bad response of the accelerator. When I was driving 2.0d I've had specific diesel reaction. Now it's not so. It's like a petrol car. I don't know how and what should I check. There are no errors. Special program has been written to this car (downpipe, no EGR) but without any stage, like stock without ecology. What's the best way to find a reason of this problem?

Totally a guess, but I would look into the vacuum pump and vacuum lines controlling the turbo wastegates.

On 3.5d engines I've seen docs on, the EGR and throttle is one unit - check controls for that, too. (Unknown if egr control on your engine is electrical or vacuum.)

Well at the moment the General problem is wrong VIN options. For the correct diagnosis of the car, I was forced to change the vin in all electronic units. The problem is that the current vin from the right-handed cars (England). As a result, a huge number of systems and displays does not work correctly. At the moment I’m looking for a VIN code (the last 7 digits are enough) to select a complete set and activate all functions by the package.
As an ardent idealist I would like to find the VIN from a car of October 13 of the year of release))) In order for the body to fit the program and everything was beautiful) Can anybody help me with it?
