Is it possible to clear error code only?
Not sure if the seat airbags still work. Steering wheel airbag has 2 different models for USA and the rest of the world. |

No I tried. Cannot clear the error code directly.
Tomorrow I am going to switch the F32 seat airbag into the M seat. I will keep you posted to see if it works or not... finger cross |

The simplest and put the module under the driver's seat and the original airbag F32 on the M4 seat as I did on my F30

This will be the project tomorrow. Thanks guys
Hope everything will work. I don't think I will bother with the M logo light up or not... too much work of running another wire into the FEM |

For the illumination of the M3 logo, the easiest way is to connect as the next picture. You can plug the power supply as I did on my F30 |

After I get new seats installed then I will try rheingold to record new airbags as David suggested. Will report back if it works or not. Ps. It might take some time for me to install because of my duty call. Cheers |

Top is M3 ZCP Plug Bottom F30 Heated seats on both. Notice extra blue/purple wire on M3 Plug. Assuming that is light. Last edited by GCinFLA; 05-10-2017 at 12:48 PM.. |

Based on Realoem.com, appears while other airbags are different, seats are the same. F3x and F8x airbags are also the same part number. Last edited by GCinFLA; 05-10-2017 at 06:16 AM.. |

Yes the airbags have the same part number, but after I swapped the F32 one into the M4 seats, it worked believe it or not.
I will work on the light soon. david51 already told me it is pin #7 so your pictures are correct. I am just getting ready to get the pin / wires so I don't need to spike anything. |
