How to handle injector wire connector?

Hi, I am trying to change the harness for coils and injectors (BMW part #12-51-8-631-668).
The problem is I am not sure how to unplug and plug back the connectors of injectors with a gray plastic tab.

How to remove it? It seems very fragile.
Specifically, I want to see how to pull out the gray part and how to push it back down.

The yellow circle in the image shows the connector I am talking about.
I know how to unplug coil connectors, but injector ones look somewhat different.

I found some relevant videos, but not really visible unfortunately.
(Seems flat driver is useful to unplug)
1st video at 13:56, 2nd video at 5:53

I managed to change the harness.
I could simply press up the gray tab with a flat-head screwdriver.
When I plug it, hammering on the tab made it fixed.
Be sure to do them gently.

Sorry to bother you, but it worked out.

You pull up the grey locking tab, and then squeeze the connector (pushing that tab towards the connector). That releases the clip, and then just pull straight up.

For reinstall, make sure the grey clip is still pulled up, push the connector in until it clicks and then press that locking tab back in so it cannot be accidentally released.

Thanks for the info.
I had some difficulty in moving the grey tab, but I managed as you said.

Sometimes they are "stuck" in there. Might need a small flat screw driver to pop the clip up.

Also, on our Audi, the connector that measures the fuel rail pressure really sticks to that connector. Requires a large flat blade between it and the engine to gently pry up when pressing the clip in. That is a bit unnerving.....
