P20BD code on 328d...recent DEF fill

Hey folks...

My wife's 2017 320d recently got the check engine light and it's throwing code P20BD, which I've seen several reasons for. Anyhow, the car said the DEF was running low a while back. I read several places that any DEF could be used. About 6 weeks ago I filled it with bluesy DEF and everything has been fine. Temps have dropped and now the error shows. My big question is, could my fill be related?

It's going to the shop in a couple days but they admittedly don't do a ton of diesel work there.

Also checked xemodex and doesn't look like they offer any help for this issue on a 2017. Any pointers would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Do you have the manufacturer code instead?
