Navigation won't start after ECU update

So, short story long. I have Lifetime FSC code for my navigation. I forgot to revert to original prior to having the recent ECU emission recall done. 2017 X3 x28i. When they completed the recall, which is a flash of the ECU my navigation wouldn't start. Anyone have any thoughts on if this is due to the Lifetime FSC getting removed by the flash? Dealer is continuing to troubleshoot. The is an iDrove 5 NBT EVO headunit.

I'm putting this forum in case there is a better authority in here. It is also posted in the X3 Gen 2 forum.
