Ride-height changes forces ACC sensor adjustment?
I searched for this, but didnt turn up much and I kinda expected it quiet given how few cars have ACC installed. From what I understand, the ACC sensor is sensitive to being moved or damaged. Fixing it requires a lengthy alignment process using a series of mirrors and is about 4 hours of labor at the dealer. So I'm curious if altering the ride height or any suspension components would cause the ACC sensor to go out of alignment.
That said, has anyone successfully modded their suspension without having to realign the ACC sensor?

Keep in mind my springs don't lower very much, but I have had zero issues with the ACC sensor after my spring and shock install. I'm sure if you slammed the car, you might need to recalibrate it.

Hi there
I have lowered my F36 approx 25mm and have not had any issues with the ACC. But I am a bit annoyed that the sensor on F cars are not heated as it was on E cars. Have had several occasions where light snow has disabled it 😡
