Tempting, I'm not sure yet if I want to commit to the WS80s as I've heard they tend to wear fast in the dry.

Oh yikes. I can't comment on their dry wear but I do know they handled very well in the snow for the half season I did use them.

Being in NYC, the roads are quickly plowed so most of my driving will be in dry salt covered roads with occasional drives in the snow. Which is why I'm still contemplating.
