whenever mrs is home and I come home and I try to open the front door it has the door chain on. Almost feels I'm denied entry into the house until she comes and let's me in.

Other than that the bizarre one is ticking clocks. Absolutely hate them, particularly in bedrooms.

Leaving lights on in rooms that are empty.

Opening post/parcels and leaving the packaging on the floor instead of it going straight in the bin.

Pillows/cushions/throws - they serve no purpose other than to go on the floor when I need to sit on the sofa or go to bed.

Anyone messing with any of the settings in my car - apart from the passenger seat adjustment, nothing else should be touched.

Needles
Door slamming (especially the car which has SOFT CLOSE DOORS ffs)
Dentist (especially that bl**dy drill)

Wellies are easy, put one upside down inside the other, keeps the spiders out :-)

I could probably list more thing's from the Mrs than the kid.

No, but hardly gets used. Some strange reason the back door doesn't really get slammed that much.

Might have a point there.

Strangest one I've heard of - I work with a lad that get's a shiver down the spine from a floured bap. Doesn't even need to see one, just mentioning it is enough.

How on earth did I not list snakes??

I can't stand them, horrible looking things. Don't mind them on TV, but in the flesh - nope.

That metallic taste some cutlery gives off when it's been scraped against a metal bowl. Titanium camping cutlery and bowls are worth it for avoiding that alone even if they do require a second mortgage.

Doesn't work with the big spiders that terrify Gillespie they just pick up the top wellie, climb inside the bottom one, and lift the other back on. They like that this gives even more surprise factor.

...or looking at it another way.

Neutrinos go right through you, in fact about 100 trillion neutrinos pass through your body every second, but are harmless.

Muons from Cosmic Rays also pass through you with every square centimetre of the earth's surface being hit by at least one muon every minute.

Gamma rays can also pass right through your body but cause damage on the way

Your digestive system goes right through you - in one end, out the other

Sweetcorn husks as well as some nuts and seeds - if you've ever checked

Love some of these. Floured bap? I get that! Anything floured, especially a flat bread surface, totally gets me. Much like using wet clay and it drying onto your hands. Man that dusty/ scratchy feeling is just not appreciated!

Make-up from the wife (ended up being the least of my bloody worries!) all over the sun visor/ mirror in the car!

Stuff that doesn't get put away. Ends up on the floor/ on a chair/ on a sofa/ end of the stairs. Most things came from somewhere, so surely just put them back where they came from??

And agreed on the wife picking something up in the store, looking at it/ thinking about it, and then putting it back on another shelf. Even when still in the same place it has been picked up!! Infuriates me. Lazy and doesn't make sense. Have tried to discuss this one... not worth the agro!

Other people brushing their teeth.

People who say brought instead of bought.

People who both say, and write, "has" instead of "as".
("I didn't get chance to do that, has I got distracted by something")

People who say "I'll borrow it you" and "can I lend that from you"

People who say "of" instead of "have".
("I could of done it like that, but I didn't")

People who let dogs lick their face and especially if they let the dog lick their lips.

Bloody dog has probably just finished licking its knob or baws
