Two wheelin' is where it's at. I'm quite a demon at Autoclub Speedway, and I'm a bit of a devil at Buttonwillow.

My M3 cost about 90k fully loaded, so this price is not so bad in Canada.

The M3 is a faster sedan with what could be argued as the ideal handling characteristics for a sports sedan. 65k is only the beginning of its price spectrum and goes all the way to 80-90k range, far beyond the 65k for the 335i.

Only if there was some way to turn it "off". In other words, have 100% of power go to the rear wheels so you can have fun on the track, and even on the road, whipping out the tail a bit, a little slide, a little drift... If it was the same AWD system like the 335i, I would stick to RWD. But if it could be a RWD at will when you need it, then AWD, here I come.

clearly, i have underestimated the men in blues salary... nevermind the duc, your dainese'd out as if you are rossi, that's expensive. + bike + M = officer who is clearly not married. form looks good, i just keep thinking to myself the picture would be epic if you were wearing your aviators with the old school CHiPS helmet.

Yeah that would explain it. We're in the same boat, i would never have my toys if i was married or had children. That's how i know i'm not ready yet, i'm too selfish. Man, i would love to see that guy on the R1 on the track, creativity + skills is always fun to watch... |

For 2 reasons, I would love to live in California - 1. The weather and scenery, 2. The price of cars! Still... wouldn't trade where I live for those as it's just too good here (economy, clean air, medical system, lack of political BS for the most part, clean city, etc.). My dream is to be able to spend more time in California, though... with a vert I can store there

The ride is surprisingly smooth and not nearly as bumpy as I would have expected. I thought i would feel everything little thing in the road. The M adaptive suspension seems must be working very well. Aside from the odd huge pothole you need to avoid, of course. The car is sitting about 4 inches of the ground in the front I would suspect, max. so some care is required.
The car got here so late I am going to have to throw on some 18 winters really soon. Ordered a set of 400M rims that come standard with this car for winter. I am wondering if anyone else taken delivery of this yet. I know someone has a Laguna Seca and a Silver on Red on order that should be taking delivery this week. Would love to see them all. We are supposed to get together for a real photo shoot. |
