What's involved in getting connected drive added to my 2014 328ix? I do have BMW Assist, and NBT with navigation.

Chill out buddy, he said in September - not September 1st. Not sure what your background is but all IT projects have multiple variables before go-live actually happens so it may push out a little bit. As canadian33 alluded too, there is a lot of complexity, coding, testing, dry runs, etc between the back-end and front-end. It may look like a website but there is a LOT of work that needs to be done for a net new development like this. We are lucky that canadian33 is telling us about the new portal and showing us screenshots, most project teams aren't so nice and willing to give previews/info to the general public.

Excited too see this. This will surely help with the amount of irate customers that wish to renew ConnectedDrive services but have to go into or speak to a BMW retailer. The possibility of being able to download apps such as CarPlay is huge for people that didn't elect the option at time of purchase (of course, if supported hardware is there).

A bit off topic, but do you know if it's possible to change which dealer my teleservices call goes to? My salesman didn't know how (or didn't want) to do that.
