I am currently leasing a 2015 BMW 328i xDrive Sport Wagon in Estoril Blue as my family hauler. I love the car endlessly, but since my second child arrived back in April, my family has simply outgrown it and I need to get something bigger ASAP.

A few key details:

- Current lease payment is $400/mo plus tax. My current payment is $435/mo including CT tax.

- There is 5.5 months left on the lease (Feb 2019). $500 BMW transfer fee would be paid by new leasee.

- Even though I had to pay a down payment to get my monthly payment so low, I'm asking for no extra money down

- Car currently has 35k miles on the odometer. Return mileage is 46,719 miles, so you will have ~12k miles to drive in 5 months, which comes out to over 2k miles per month

- Installed brand new set of Cinturato P7 run-flats 9 months ago. They now have ~7k miles on them.


- This car is unique because it has EVERY SINGLE package except for HK sound. This includes:

- M-Sport
- Tech
- Premium
- Cold Weather
- Lighting
- Driver Assistance
- Driver Assistance Plus
- Dynamic Handling
- M Adaptive Dampers
