So, they sell on ebay for about $90 new. Would you be ok with coming down on price?

I think you're thinking of the overlays. These are the actual paddles with electronics. Those are usually over $200.

No they actually come with everything and not just the paddle itself. I've ordered one before and they come with all the wiring and the modules. They sell for anywhere from $80-$90. Coming from China of course.

Yes. You can get Chinese aftermarket ones for <$100. Seller is selling OEM. I'd pick these up but budget is extremely tight ATM.
