Do you know if this will work on a manual car? Can I remove the paddle shifters?

Based on

https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=690733

and

https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1504950

it seems like they're swappable between manual and automatic cars. And yes, you could take out the paddle shifters (https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=902816). All the features should work plug and play if your car has the feature (like heated steering wheel originally).

Wondering if I remove the paddles, would there be a gap or hole remaining in place where the paddles used to be

Tried to get a clear picture of it without completely removing it. Yes there would be a hole but it's not too big and it wouldn't be felt/noticeable when mounted in my opinion.

Yes, but it's tight and the horn is hard to press. It will fit but i recommend getting the one specifically for that wheel . Don't make the same mistake i made.
