I am looking at buying a 2014 BMW 320D Xdrive, what are the gearboxes like? Also plan on getting the ECU remapped. What sort of gains and you expect out of a 320D?

It's about to hit 100,000Ks what service should I check before actioning remap?

320d with 8HP automatic? The 8HP can take quite a bit of abuse it seems.

The 320d with N47 can be tuned to 240-250hp easily on stock hardware. Depending on the setup, it can go to 270hp.

100,000kms is nothing on these as long as they have had decent maintenance. It shouldn't need more than a good general check.
