IPod connection issue
Have had my 2015 435 with Professional Nav for six months, using an iPod (80Gb classic) for music virtually every trip.
Recently the iPod started to lose connection every few hours and needed to be unplugged & reset to restore music. Tonight it's gone one better and the NBT is saying the iPod is 'Not supported'. Have tried unplugging and resetting the iPod but no change. Have also tried another working iPod with a different lead. Same result. Any ideas? Is there a reset on the NBT that I could try? |

Not sure if you can reset iDrive, but I find it easier to use a 500GB/1TB portable (laptop size) hard drive instead of an iPod. Just format it to FAT32 and copy all your music to it. iDrive will index the disk in exactly the same way as an iPod and show all the info on the display.
