Agreed, looks equally as good on my black car. Subtle enough but the different finish allows you to pick it out.

Where did you get that spoiler? Looking for a low key m4 style...

Installed the F8x style mirror housings to replace the winged mirror caps I had. I'm not 100% sure, but I swear there's a tad less wind noise with these.

A few upgrades since last time, M Style Autotecknic CF caps, however, what I was really excited about and been trying to do for a while was upgrading the rear brakes and then getting all painted the same color. Bought the calipers from a wrecked M235i. Went with Austin Yellow Metallic and brembo decals, I know the guy inverted the decals on one side after I sent him clear instructions saying the left side of the logo is always towards the bottom of the caliper when it is installed, no big deal though, he did a great job with the paint and it was all done for a pretty reasonable price, along with clear coats. Will be upgrading to grilled rotors only for the fronts in the future. Also decided to go catless as my county does not require emissions, the indy shop has already ordered a catless downpipe, will flash to stage 2 map once it's installed.

Thanks To be honest I only did it because I really like the look, it kinda completes the whole look 😀 However I read the bigger rear brakes help with a few things, nothing major I believe, I'm just taking it slow while the rear rotors break in, had to upgrade to 345mm from 330mm. I'm just happy everything is working fine, no CELs and nothing is rubbing, they did forget to adjust the parking brake initially, fixed it the next day in 15 minutes.

My engine threw a rod. ?

Just as fast as the used engine was put in, it was taken out because it threw a rod and put 3 holes in the block. Apparently the motor had issues before installed. Good thing I was in the warranty period and will be getting a refund. Bad thing is I have to do the work multiple times.

Shouldn't there be another adjustment wrench? There is a slot for a second one 🤷🏼*♂️ thought two was needed to adjust the threaded collar?

Only one is needed, I thought so too but found out they use the same toolkit box for all coilovers and hence an empty slot possibly for the models that require two.

Fitted some matt black grills, washed the car and then drove through a dusty field 2 hours later and wish I hadn't bothered.

51717258177 for the F30. I think it's a different PN for your F36.
