Cannot turn off Sidemarkers
Hello, I'm new to coding and I cannot figure out how to turn off the amber sidemarkers on my 2018 340ix.
I connected Bimmercode, but the settings for the sidemarkers were already set to "off" by default. I even went into expert mode and saw the outputs for both sidemarkers were also already "off." However, the lights are definitely still on. I've checked everywhere I can online but cannot figure out how to turn them off. I played around with the settings (not in expert mode) and was able to get the amber eyebrows to stay on, which actually looks pretty cool but the lights flicker a little bit. However, I cannot get the small amber sidemarkers to turn off while the headlights are on. They are off while the DRL are running, but I want them off all the time. All i did was this:
FEM_BODY [3060] MAPPING_SIDEMARKER_L_OUTPUT => off (default fra_v_l) FEM_BODY [3060] MAPPING_SIDEMARKER_R_OUTPUT => off (default fra_v_r)

Thank you for the reply.
With those settings your sidemarkers are always off? Even when the headlights are on? It's strange because off was my default setting but they still come on with the headlights. |

Correct. When i turn the headlights to parking light or auto or full on the corner markers only come on as a turn signal.
I have a PreLCI with just xenon headlights. It is possible there is more to it if you have LED headlights.
