Trying to find the origins of this 'clunk'. Driving me crazy. ARB end links have been swapped and I've hushed taped the splash guard to death. I've taken off the splash guard and no luck. It's not the origin of the knocking. I'll see if taking off the front bumper might reveal something. I want to make sure it's not plastic before I replace any 'hard' parts like control arms or struts.

For my issue, I ordered/received the wrong Meyle HD part so I had to re-order the right part. My clunking was getting progressively worse over the past 3 day track event. |

Checked my control arms again. The lower arms and sway bar links are tight but there is a tiny bit of flex in the thrust arms. Hard to imagine there’d be a significant impact but I’ve ordered a set of Millway street bushings to ‘fix’ the problem. Wonder if it might be the struts? I just love that hovercraft feel I get from the stock dampers and springs. They’re shitriffic. |

After replacing the front sway bar end links, my clunking noises have been resolved.
However, I still hear some creaking sounds at low speeds when I apply more steering angle. I can't quite feel the feedback in the steering column though. |
