Rattle under hard acceleration

Hey all,
I get this weird rattle from under the car. Seems to be under the arm rest. It only happens under hard acceleration and if people are sitting in the back it makes it happen in less harder pulls as well. Car still under warranty and planning to go to BMW of Seattle to see what's up but wanted to know if anyone has the same issue. I drive 15 335. I've seen in other posts that some m3 have the same issue which apparently is the brake line tubing...
Any suggestions...

I have this. I have torn apart the arm rest. I have reduced the issue to the ebrake cable. I found a source that suggested under hard acceleration, the e brake cable underneath the car is making contact with the driveshaft.

i have tested this by removing the back vents kn the center console and accelerating quickly. the cable has vibrations when this Is done. I need to get under the car eventually because it is excruciatingly annoying

Sounds like this?

Mine sounds exactly like this. Video is from a m3 but I'm sure the e brake tubing not gonna be any different

Just had this same issue as you resolved. Turns out it is a faulty e brake cable bracket. It's an $8 part but takes some labor to fix. Took me a month or so before I finally quit trying to diagnose problem myself and bring it to a professional shop. If you have any questions you can PM me.

Fine sir, would you share this part number with us? I spent two hours last night chasing the rattle.

Thanks everyone, this has been annoying/scaring the s**t out of me that it was transmission or engine.

Will take to the garage to get fixed.
