Spark Plugs N55 help

I have a f30 335i 2015 n55
Vrsf charge pipe
Vrsf intercooler
Vrsf Catless downpipe

Car is on around 51k miles

I'm going for bm3 stage 2 but I need to change my spark plugs which plugs do you guys recommend and gapped at what ?

I had mine changed a little while ago, BMW 335 2013. Dealer quoted me $400+tx (CAD), but I know a mechanic who works for BMW and he got me the 6 for $120, and changed me $40 to install them. I think that there are designated ones for the vehicle.

If you buy the BMW plugs they should come pre-gapped.

2016 BMW 320i  [7.87]
2014 BMW 328i  [6.83]
I would go with the NGK recommended plug for your car. That would be SILZKBR8D8S. This is considered "one step colder than stock."

These are the same plugs that most of us are running (with FBO).

I would NOT change the gap unless EXPLICITLY told to do so by my tuner. I have seen a lot of people mess with gap "because buddy did" and then have issues later.

Im going to be flashing to Bootmod3 very shortly and wont be pulling my plugs to adjust gap.

^^ 97506 is what you want. I got those and left them at stock gap. I had a rough idle and some stuttering under moderate load. I closed the gap to .025" and now she runs like a top.
