Benefit of JB4 with my MHD?? 340i M Sport

all. I'm sure this has probably been beaten to death but on the B58 platform what are my benefits if any for running the JB4 with a BEF from my MDH. I currently have the MDH alone. I am not planning to run methanol but am planning to do Full E85 when the XDI pump is available.

Thanks in advance!!

I went the other way- have had JB4 for a long time (and on previous BMW platforms) and just added MHD BEF. I can tell you that nothing beats JB4 for on-the-fly map changes and quick interactions with your system. The ability to close my exhaust flap in less than 2 seconds when I pass a speed trapping HiPo just by pressing a button is pretty great by itself.

As I understand, the JB4 also has some important safety failsafes built in that protect you from various scenarios but Terry or other more experienced tuners here would have to fill you in on that.
GL

Thx
T.
