Care to share details on your brakes? I'm thinking about a big brake kit but haven't seen this brembo kit anywhere.

They are F10 M5 brake 6 pot Brembo calipers using a 400x36 M2 Competition disc. Custom radial brackets made to get them to bolt up.

There are a few people who have followed my lead and done the conversion since.

Thanks for your reply- they look great. Did you make the brackets yourself?

I had them made for me by a company here in the UK.

They now sell them on their site. Company is called vagbremtechnic.

There is a guy on these forums who has bought them and put them on his car in the US, so getting them isn't a problem.

Very nice, good looking Trooper there too!

I tried some inserts for my front end the fit was awful. Where did you source yours?

Thanks! Was long research, as there are not many in gloss black and I am not a fan of carbon. This is the source: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000...27424c4dRFmUZL

Happy with this one, the fit is great (albeit fitting was a bit tricky). The material/finish is perfect, just the tape was cheap 3M rip-off and too thick, thus used another one. If you want to buy it, let me know and I share some details with you (as these splitters are a bit different, from what I've seen elsewhere).

Yes, replaced bumpstops with the Dinan kit (just bought directly from BMW) and needed to replace the axle bolts among others as Bmw uses "single-use" bolts.

Apologies for posting a nearly stock F31. Took this impromptu shot while I was walking back to my car from plane spotting.

No apologies required. Great looking touring.

Mine after I got it back from body shop. Wife had a tiny fender bender with car ahead, so I had the license bracket removed and holes filled when it was in. Then did the reflectors front and rear with vinyl tint.

My AW F31...

320d xD M Sport Auto.

M Performance black grilles, Eibach springs & Ferric grey 403M wheels are the obvious visual changes so far.

The rest is not so visible on the outside. More in my thread (linky in the signature)

Needs a clean, and an aircon re-gas... (dying in this heat... 35-dg, 95-F)
Next mod is a remap, and probably new 340-style exhaust at the same time.

Two shots from OBB back in 18'. Haven't really done much externally since then other than mess with exhaust tips and splitters.
