Hi guys, just want to share my experience and look for insights:

Recently bought a TDI- tuning box for my 2015 F31 320d 135kw, installed it easily, engine starts with no kind of error on the dashboard, box is turned on, connects to bluetooth, changes setup modes (1-7), but the car feels exactly the same, with no changes at all to the engine performance. It's like stock.
I've contacted the support team, they have uploaded several new maps that i've downloaded and installed (quick and easy process through the app via bluetooth, but again, nothing changed.
I've checked connections... all ok. Shared pictures with them, all ok.
And as the car shows no errors, feels like all the cables are well connected.

Any thoughts besides returning it?

Those OBD tune boxes are b*llshit! Return it as fast as possible and get a real tune on you’re car, if possible one on the dyno!
