Massive coolant leak from the back of the engine

Hey guys.

I went for a drive yesterday in my BMW F30, and when I parked it, I noticed that it had lost all of its coolant on the ground.
Does anyone have an idea of what the problem could be?
The coolant is dripping from one of the plastic underbody panels beneath the car, behind the engine.

At first, I noticed that it was all over the road and didn't know what it was. After 30 minutes, I started the car to see if any warning lights came on, and sure enough, it was the coolant that was on the ground. As mentioned, it's an F30 LCI 320i from 2016. I hope you can help.

I'm completely new to the BMW world. I bought the car 4 months ago, and it has only driven 90 thousand kilometers.

Most likely the coolant pipe between expansion tank and cylinder head. They are known to become brittle and then *pop*. BMW has already redesigned the part 4 times. In the US there was a recall and it was replaced for free. BMW Europe denies all responsibility.
