Inspection station in NH that lets tint slide?

Hey guys I'm sure it's a long shot for anyone to share their secret spots but I was wondering if there were any small shops in NH on the sea coast that would let some tint slide if you go with your windows down or they just don't care. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

There is a naval shipyard near Portsmouth. Lots of out of state Sailors bringing tinted vehicles to register in Maine and New Hampshire. May have luck with a shop near this area.

The only ones that will run the risk of losing their license to perform inspections. Most don't think it's worth it.
