F34 dont receive app info, bmw messages

Hi ppl, thanks for help if u can.
I bought a f34 2017, 335d, and the car dont receive any bmw sms, dont receive app orders, and dont connect to internet, like its blocked somehow, i tried everything i found to try make it work, but nothing worked so far, in bmw connected drive says i have remote software but car dont turn on gps lication nothing, navigation still works fine, can someone help me please solving this?
