Replacing Bumper (2016) with Facelift Bumper (2018)

Hello,

I would like to Replace my old Bumper on my Bmw 4 Coupe (2016) with the one from 2018. Is this even possible?

if so, do i need to consider somethings?

Those are an M and a non M bumper.
