getting custom wheels, what specs to use?

Hey guys, I'm about to pickup a set of replica apex arc8 wheels for my f30. I'm stock suspension xDrive with no plans of lowering.

Was thinking of doing 19x8.5 ET35 with 245/40/19 tires. Any issues with this? I'm able to change the width and offset of the rims with the manufacturer, so if this isn't optimal I'm open to suggestions. Thanks

245/40/19 is a tall tire, 26.7". If you search the forums, some people experience rubbing on full lock, others are fine.

235/40/19 is the safe choice, and at 26.4", still a little larger than stock (26")
