It's 7 Days from account Creation, and there is also some Minimum Post Requirement, but I do not know how many it is.

I have a stand-alone working installation of ISTA +, but it doesn't have the SDP files listed for some reason. I wonder if there is a way that you can update through ISTA to a newer version or if you need to delete and then install the latest version?

I do not recommend it, but people install newer SDP in old ISTA. Requires Registry change.
