F30 340i xdrive, whining noise at second gear

Hi, I have been noticing a whining noise at second gear on my 340i xdrive.
is this normal?
Here is the youtube of my car making that noise. (Can't hear it using my laptop but earphones, cause the speaker of the laptop does not have base)

im also noticing a higher pitch humming noise at above 50 mph, on smooth road. could it be differential or wheel bearing?
