Headunit problem

I own an F31 and some time ago there was a problem where the bluetooth connection was suddenly disabled and the navigation stopped working. The problem occurred suddenly and was not the result of any physical damage that I'm aware of. Otherwise, the operating system works properly (menus, radio, etc.). Is there a possibility that the problem is with the internal hard drive or does the whole unit need to be replaced? Also when I inserted a music CD in the drive it got stuck and now the eject button won't work. Thanks in advance for any suggestion.
