Xdrive Staggered or Square

Alright people, it takes me about a year to pick out wheels and tires, so this is going to be a bit of a chore. Anyway, I know Xdrive is supposed to be within 1% difference for wheels in order for things to not break. Question is, who here runs a staggered setup and how has it been, any issues? I know the X5M runs a staggered setup but the tires are sized as such where the difference is 0%. As for a squared setup, I'd like to be about 9 to 9.5 inches wide on an 18 inch wheel. What tire sizes does everybody recommend? I'm not trying to have thick tires on squared. I want a meaty setup staggered but if I have to get a squared setup i want a smaller sidewall. Post some pictures people!

OEM 19" 401 Style staggered wheels were an option on 2013 BMW 335i xDrive sedan. If you want zero problems, these or similar wheels will be a practical choice.

For 513M tire size combo to use for xdrive:

1) 235/45/18(26.3") & 265/40/18(26.3"), 235 is a bit stretched on the 9" up front. taller sidewall helps reduce wheel gap.

2) 245/40/18(25.7") & 275/35/18(25.6"), 0.4% looks like this...https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1445526

3) 255/40/18(26") & 285/35/18(25.9") 0.4%, "got beef"?
