The time has come for me to part ways with my baby that I have cherished for over 5 years. I am asking just 8k over KBB, $24,000 to compensate for mods. I have 17k invested in mods. I am chucking 9k loss in return on investment on just simply the reality of the modding game. I have already low balled myself so please do not low ball me some more..lol. I am leaving everything on the car including the wheels and Michelin Pilot Sport 4s on there. Bootmod3 stage 2 E30 BEF + JB4 Map 6 at 25 PSI. 503 rwhp, 554 rwtq. Clean logs. Yeah, if it sits too long, I'll consider parting out the mods except the Pure stage 2 turbo has I gave up my stock one.

Having purchased obriennathaniel F30 last year with essentially the same exact mod list as yours plus over $10k more of mods for essentially book value last year, I can tell you with that mileage, you really need to part it all out and sell it stock.

Super nice car, but as mentioned before with 110k miles you're gonna have to part it out and sell as stock to get anywhere near your asking price.

High mileage F30 market is soft and the car with no mods would probably go for $16k if you can find someone that doesn't mind the fact that it was modded previously.

Coming from someone who has owned/sold two F30 335i's and is always looking for another one

I messaged him and I'm willing to fully buy out all the mods out of his car and even have it swapped at the same shop since I'm not so far from him. Then he could sell his car stock

Agreed. Eat the entire loss on the mods and just trade in or sell the car slightly above market or part out. It is just so stressful to part out, but you make valid points. I know Nate personally. I essentially copied his car..lol.

I'd buy it but nowhere near your asking price. Not trying to be rude or disrespect your car, but mods don't tend to add value and with good condition book value at $13k I would honestly part out.

Nah, no disrespect taken. It is the bitter truth. Mods are there for strictly your enjoyment not resale value and they have brought me a lot of joy. 13k is what was offered to me at multiple places. Its not a low ball offer provided the car is converted back to stock. Thanks.

About 40k miles. Mostly highway and I don't beat on my car. Its my daily and I need it to be reliable.
