This is all hype...DEPO is out of stock and you cannot buy them elsewhere. Pissed. I love these and definitely want to step up to LCI’s.

I e-mailed them to ask about the DEPO angel eyes and after answering me about that he told me this:

"Also, that the Blackline LCI style tail light will also be in stock toward the end of this month or early October, thanks. "

Seems like every time there is an EBay percent off coupon these go out of stock fast. Debating just paying full price for them with DEPO. I've heard not so good reviews about their headlights though, a bit dicey with these tail lights.

Interested in these as well. Any word on stock for the DEPOs? The cheapest OEM ones on eBay were $950.

Probably same supplier as the vkland ones on EBay so some time next week probably. Salvage parts probably still more expensive considering they can sell as used on EBay for around $550-600/set. I'm waiting for the reps to come back in stock and hopefully stack with EBay 15% coupon.

EDIT: Looks like the non-dynamic reps are back in stock on EBay. EBay has a 15% sitewide running right now as well:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/182970634694
https://www.ebay.com/itm/173039289716

Total should be $339 shipped.

Yeah, they come with very different looking wiring harnesses.

Ikon: https://www.ikonmotorsports.com/fits...g-harness.html

Depo: (watch this video)

Looks like depo requires the use of a posi-tap to get the inside portions to light up with the turn signal.

I literally just installed the ikon versions and I did not have to do that, however, I am having issues with reverse lighting up the rear fog lights instead of the reverse bulbs...and a left brake lamp malfunction. Going to contact them tomorrow after I swap the two harnesses to make sure it wasn't my fault (as these aren't labeled L and R like the depo harness)

Edit: swapped the harnesses and it fixed the fog light/reverse light issue. Still no left brake lights...I’ll mess with it tomorrow

I would advise against the IKON and other LCI/Blackline tail light reps (besides DEPO). I am taking mine off tonight and sending them back tomorrow. The wiring harness is absolute garbage. I can't tell if the lights themselves would be OK if using another harness or not, but I don't want to deal with it anymore. The turn signals constantly go in and out as you drive over bumps and what not and the left brake lamp on mine never worked no matter how much adjusting I did. It sucks because I do like the lights and obviously the cost difference vs. OEM is nice. But not if they dont function correctly.

I bought the depo blackline lights and they had condensation in them so I returned them and now I have condensation AGAIN in my new OEM blackline lights! unbelievable, these are the real bmw lights, I just installed them and put them out in the sun and this occurred, will this go away? I'm very concerned

Condensation is a known issue even with stock factory lights (not just BMW) but that sounds like high humidity where you're at. Best to dry them out before anything corrodes. Take the back off, hit the lights with a hair dryer for 10 minutes and then seal them up with a sealant of your choice around the gasket as you're closing. Make sure you close them up at some place with low humidity (maybe run the car's AC for a while and that should take the moisture out). Last resort toss some silica packets in there.

Edit: someone else did the say thing I did except he wrapped the gasket in tape: https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...8&postcount=38
