AC troubles, need some help please

I have a 16' 320i (US), and my AC stopped blowing air one day. So, I immediately replaced the blower motor and resistor after noticing the motor appeared to have coppertone-looking rust dust, but there was still no air blowing.

I have checked the compressor; it is spinning/running, and the refrigerant is in the green, but I noticed that the low-pressure line is freezing. I assumed it was because there was no airflow. I have not seen any other freezing except that line. Is there a hidden fuse for the blower I don't know about, or am I missing something here?

I've recently had a lot of maintenance costs on the car, so I am trying to DIY it as much as possible, even if it's just diagnosing it at first. I've had many shops do the trial-and-error fix, and I'm tired of blowing unnecessary money.

By no means am I an expert in blower motors, but you may want to try scanning for error codes and if none, check the voltage at the blower motor connector.

So I知 kinda dumb when it comes to testing electrical, don稚 know how many times I致e shocked myself throughout my house fixing crap! lol!

But really my challenge is always putting it on the correct setting to test. I have a multimeter and I know to be on volts but would it be a 12v setting or would it be different?

I appreciate the help

Not to bother, but were you able to find anything on this? I am still at a loss as to what could be the problem.
