Little more bling than my wife wants, but loves the color.

Dealer says I am lucky to get $4k off, I know I am stretching at 25% off. Interested in your thoughts.

Thanks
As this car is "used", you would not get free maintenance for 4 years either.

Dealer is dreaming.

The ad is confusing. They say executive but it was titled. You’re right. No maintenance. But that’s only a couple hundred dollars these days. I don’t understand the dealer. I’d also check when the car was first titled. That effects the warranty.

Very nice one. It's fully loaded with a great package.
Missing M exhaust only.
You need 10k less than the MSRP but it's hot car

Agree with the general consensus here, >60k is too high for a used 3/4 series. For that price you can get a reasonably nice, used m3/4. You can also get a new m340i.

Although a different car but a comparable data point for OP. My 2018 M240i xDrive convertible was listed at $60.5K (fully loaded with every extra imaginable). I paid $41.5k for it brand new in April 2019.

OP the point is that with aggressive negotiation you can get massive discounts on older MY brand new cars and even more discount on loaners, especially at this time of the year.

I will also recommend leasing; unless you intend to modify these cars and can get a massive discount brand new. These machines are ultimately damn disposable, and at worst, a huge liability in later years. Lease them and return them. Only buy if you can negotiate like a champ for a unicorn deal!

If you drive 20-25k miles a year it is not an option.

4 series have horrible resale value. I know, I had mine appraised at $18K less than MSRP. Once it's been titled, it's at least $10K-15K less than MSRP

With every options, I would think a reasonable offer would be $50k-$55K for a CPO
