Thanks for the advice. I have checked and I am running 64bit java 8 release 101 which is the most current. I am receiving no errors hence the frustration.

E-sys actually uses an older version (C:\EC-Apps\ESG\E-Sys\jre) and installed Java should not be an issue. Plus, you already stated that E-sys launches fine on its own.

For launcher, Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (vcredist) or .NET Frameworks may make a difference.

I have checked those items as well.

Version 4.0 of Microsoft NET as well as latest editions of VC_RedistX64 (version 14) and VC_Redistx86 (version 14).

is there anything else I should be looking at?

And yes E-SYS starts and runs as per normal if opened directly rather than through the launcher.

I also had similar issues -- which were resolved by updating NET Framework to latest version.

I had the same issue. Tried many different combinations and I finally have it working.

Change Formats, Location, non-Unicode program to English (UK)

hey guys so i have been struggling with my ESYS LAUNCHER

i was able to get the red page to Green.
i then go open my launcher...
it ask to create password/username
it goes through and opens esys then shuts off with giving me this ...
