Flashing only ICM module

Hello, i have a 2014/07 build f36 with adaptive suspension.
I want to update the ICM module firmware to get rid of the suspension clunk, common on these cars with adaptive suspension. It was established that it is a software issue and an istep update fixes it for most people. However, i want to update only the ICM module, since i dont want to lose my coding values. I know that there are dependencies between modules, but i know a lot of people disregard those dependencies and just flash the modules they want to flash and then see if any error come up.
Does anyone know if i will flash only the ICM module, will i get any dependency issues?
My car is on the stock istep version as it came from the factory (2014/07).

The most common dependencies are 99% of time will be ZGW module.

I have flashed a car last week, and I only flashed ICM and everything was fine.

In saying that, ZGW being a master module or central module ( gateway) sometimes you might get some software incompatibilities if you dont flash both.

Also be aware that if you are flashing ZGW, you should connect via IP and not via vin as you would for other module, otherwise you might have a problem

I so far flashed 5 ZGW and all of them were easy and straight forward.

Flashing your ICM is the same as you would flash your EGS, NBT, KOMBI or whatever ECU you want to flash.

Here use this guide.
I did NOT make this guide, full respect goes to zkiifreak that has written it on bimmerfest!
