Tal-processing ECU modules disappearing

So I'm trying to flash a few of my ECU modules, however slowly one by one they're all disappearing off the list.. can anyone explain?

So far I'm missing DME2, EGS and DSC (see photo below)

Does anyone know what's going on or what I'm doing wrong? I have never had this issue before..

Is your e-sys is the last one available ?

Can you tel me how many time does it takes to flash each module ? Do you use a battery power supply ?

Time varies by ECU (5-60 minutes). Head Unit will take the longest. You must use external power source.
