Hi: I bought a 2018 4 series convertible in miami a few months back. The top won’t open anymore. There’s a partition error. Trunk is empty, partition is in the lower position.

Any suggestions would be great. I’ve tried car on/off, windows up/down, confirmed partition is making contact in the lower position and still I get the error.

Please help!
