Not sure what is worse...someone over doing the Axe cologne or major BO. Tonight's trip to the gym was an assault to my olfactory senses with the rampant BO.

Pretty common movement at my gym for the ladies, I always had the same thought, looks risky as hell haha. At my gym we have actually have a "hammer strength"(not sure the exact brand, same concept) version of this inverse leg press, so the numbers of them doing it on the smith machine has decreased.

Funny shit tonight but could be considered annoying to some. Hopefully I don't offend anybody here but this "fatty" at the gym tonight about 5'6 with a huge beer belly probably weighing about eh IDK 250lbs? He was benching 315lbs pretty easily but the funny part was he only went down about 12" as he would bounce the bar right off his stomach. I couldn't help think "do you really think that's impressive to the people around you?" I say that because he got up all pumped up slapping his chest like a gorilla!

I use my phone only for a timer during my 1 minute rest periods. I use to just guess if a minute has gone by but I notice my gym times are longer. just started doing this earlier this month when I got my Note9

I hear you both on that. Getting old and the abuse I've put my body through when I was younger is catching up to me. Now, I'm being told I have to stop weight training by my doctors.

Bulk is a thing of the past (unless we are talking my belly) Now I go for more reps with lighter weights. But joints hurt now in addition to the muscles. I'm slowing, but not quite quitting yet. I have been DEEPLY tempted to just say Fuck It and go buy some (more) ice cream cookie sammiches, wash it down with a soda, and cry myself to sleep.

Rolling out of bed at OH530 just sucks even more ass than usual. I was tossing/turning in bed last night trying to get comfortable because I ran 3.2 miles before the WS game. Rubbing Jack on the inside didn't help much at all ;(

My docs are saying I can only lift 30lbs max. I had to laugh at that as it's essentially saying no weights...only cardio.

They're worried about an aortic aneurysm.
