CPO question on oil changes

Hi team, this never came up until now. I bought my vehicle CPO at 43k miles. All I got is a Carfax (which is not really a service history), and now I found out I was supposed to be given a full service history. There is no booklet and there is nothing in iDrive. Carfax has these entries:

9,614 oil change at dealer
18,591 oil change and recommended maintenance at dealer
25,306 oil change at dealer
42,491 offered for sale as CPO at dealer

Does this mean there was another oil change during the CPO process?

BMW website doesn't make this clear. My oil change indicator was at 10k miles remaining when I got the car so I would assume they changed it. I contacted the dealership and BMW NA to see if I can get a personal details edited version of the service history. Impossible to do anything here in Italy.

Car is over 45k miles now and I am a bit worried. I am doing an oil change soon myself to LL-04 since I am stationed in Italy. I got the genuine oil and parts and doing filters as well.

As far as I know, a full service history report to the buyer is not required for CPO cars. There's just a guarantee that all recommended services were done over the life of the car. You could have asked for a service history before buying the car and they probably would have handed it over, but at this point they'll be cagey about it.

If your car says there are 10k miles left, then they definitely just changed the oil. I wouldn't worry too much about it. There's nothing suspicious about this and it's fairly common for one or two services to not show up in Carfax or take a while to show up.

Why not call the dealer up and just ask?
Do this rather than take the chance the car skipping an interval else you may have sludge and F yer expensive engine..

Contact the salesperson with CC to the manager. They should have no problem sending you the service history considering that you now own the car. You might even be able to go into the service bay and get a copy from a service advisor.

Just bring the car to service and ask SA to scan the key, which has complete history of every service + repair done on the car under warranty.

That only indicates that they advanced the indicator in iDrive. You can do the same yourself after you change the oil to remind you when it's due again.
