What is the difference between these steering wheel connector harnesses/paddle harnes

32306854769 and 32307848337

I have a harness that came with my paddles that I bought on eBay. I went to plug it in and noticed that it doesn't have a ground wire...

I think I need the harness that ends in 337. Attached is a picture of my harness + semi
Built steering wheel, and a screenshot of the one that ends in 337 from ECS website.

Asking because I am building an M steering wheel for a 2014 328d. It is heated and has vibration component but my car did not come with vibration originally. My understanding is that the vibration requires LDW and side view cameras, so likely will remain no functional. I just wanted paddles, nappa leather, and heated.

The other harness that came in my other M sport steering wheel, ( I have 3 steering wheels in total, stock, m sport w/ paddles, & m sport w/o paddles), is part number 307563450. It doesn't come up with any results on realoem or google other than a couple eBay listings. I can't seem to find anything about this one.

Does anyone know what this harness is for?

The part number 32306854769 is for the simple sports wheel with paddles.
The part number 32307848337 is for the M Sport wheel with paddles, heated and vibration, but can also used without vibration.

For the 307563450 i also found nothing.

Thank you. Weird. Must be a superseded part number or something. Says manufacturer date of 2018 on the sticker.
