How to know if vehicle is 3G or 4G?

How can I tell if my 2016 328i F30 is 4G or 3G? I am wondering if my nav system with real-time traffic info is going to be discontinued due to the 3G discontinuation, but I am not sure how to tell if mine is 4G or not.

This is probably a dumb question, but can someone point me to how I can tell? Thank you!

I also have a 2016 with nav running ID4 NBTevo, and am under the impression it's 4G.
