I would need to see the NCD file to be sure, but, based on the limited info in your screenshot, try changing POLI1_Idx, POLI2_Idx and POLI3_Idx in both FLEs from

01, 01, 01, 01, 01, 01, 04, 01, 01, 01

to

01, 01, 01, 01, 01, 01, 03, 01, 01, 01

Thank you. i will need to try this on my MY15 335i.

Tks.

I do not have NCD file yet cause car is not mine. As soon as I get it, I'll post it here.

If you dont mind to explain, what I'm doing when I change this values or where can I "learn" about it?

I don't mind. I posted on the other forum a few months back to explain how FLE is structured and how the new ECU is different from the old ECUs (LHM+TMS) on the pre-LCI F30. You can find the post here.

I'll try to code it this weekend and I'll post the results here (I'll be able to get NCD file to). Do I have to change any value in lmmIdx_15 Pryority and Intensity as well?

And, sorry for the dummy question, but we're talking about FDL coding, right?

Fala jovem beleza?

Valeu brother

No, you only need to change POLI1_Idx, POLI2_Idx and POLI3_Idx: nothing else.

Yes, it is FDL coding, although you will need to edit the Werte values directly rather than select pre-defined literal values.

This would work on my pre-LCI?

would the brows and regular orange signal lights flash at the same time when used now?

This particular coding would only work on a pre-LCI (there is no TMS ECU on the LCI).

I believe (but I am not 100% sure) that the eyebrows will still flash with the signal lights.

Just to ask a stupid question, but does this actually increase (noticeably) the light output of the headlights or is it just visual appeal? I know this is just the rings, but any increased light output from the LED's would be great. They aren't as good as I thought they would be (now after driving the car for 3 weeks).

It increases the light output somewhat, but it is mostly for visual appeal.

The best way to really improve the performance of the LED's (if you have the adaptive ones with HBA) would be to code NGHB.

Try changing the 7th byte in POLI1_Idx, POLI2_Idx and POLI3_Idx from 0B to 0A.

I'll try. Thank you

How would you put in 50%?

I could not understand the logic. It seems to me that each model has different Hex

That is correct. As I mentioned at the beginning of this thread (post #4),
Quote:
With the FLE ECUs, changing the brightness of a LED module (e.g., DRL) is no longer a matter of changing the Werte value of a predefined parameter to desired intensity (as it should be clear from the OP), so you have to take into account how the rest of the ECU is coded.
Read the post I linked in post #48 if you want to understand the logic behind the way FLE is coded.

POLI1_Idx is the function parameter name found in FLE ECU.

For my POLI1_Idx , POLI2_Idx, and POLI3_Idx the values are

00, 00, 00, 05, 00, 00, 06, 00, 00, 00

So what do i change to get it at 100% brightness ?
