Your PM function is still disabled. The 1 hour wait is not working as it should.

Once working, make sure you have PM enabled under your account settings.

Control Panel => Edit Options => Messaging & Notification and Check these boxes:

Enable Private Messaging
Receive Email Notification of New Private Messages
Show New Private Message Notification Pop-up

Thanks Shawn i have HU_NBT2 can you please help here how i can update Map i have map downloaded but whenever i put in car it always says Put the USB with correct activation code.

Esys and other software are not able to get the fsc code from the car

Thanks Shawn i tried putting post to enable PM waited for 2 hr . Hope i will soon have PM function enabled.
