Gumout? Redline? What's a good maintenance product?

I have a 2014 F30 with 60K miles. Original owner. I went from driving 50 miles a day to like 3 due to some career stuff.

Last year I had a problem with the fuel injector and my independent repair guy fixed it ($$$). I'm not a car guy so I can't do any justice in explaining this.

I'd like to prevent this from happening again. And yes, I cheaped out by using some rando gas station near me and costco.

Would Gumout or Redline be helpful to maintain my engine? Is there a recommended one? How much do I use?

Would appreciate any and all wisdom on this topic.

You injectors are already 10 yrs old. Using top tier fuel will prevent injector fouling. A bottle of Redline or Berryman's every 20k-25k miles may clean varnish inside the injectors but it's unlikely there's much or anything there.

+1 on Techron. Add a bottle on a near empty fuel tank then refill.
