Yes it's sapphire black metallic. Looks pretty sweet in the shade, and it's got a great polish as noted.

Installed DIY sporty leather steering wheel cover.
Before and after pics.
Feels amazing with the thick soft leather in the hands. Really improved the driving sensation. Great mod, recommended improvement rather than swapping it out for sport wheel.

Yes, big improvement in my eyes.

Professional body shop removed the trim, then painted the pieces gloss black, then refitted the trim.

Remus axle-back sports muffler fitted.
Pleased with the deep tone and more volume at all rev levels. It's certainly not too noisy, and only reveals itself when pushed.

Nice. How's the sound from inside with the windows up, with light to moderate throttle? What made you pick Remus over the others? AWE, Dinan, MPE, etc.

From reading others reviews it seems that Remus gives a deeper tone.
Plus I've previously installed PE on last 2 bimmers.
Wasn't that impressed with the PE as I found it raspy at low throttle.
The Remus has as more refined growl from the initial drive so far.
It's far from loud but is a pleasurable improvement over the sound of the original muffler.

The wheels are original fitment "Star Spoke 407". The colour appears silver or light grey.
It's seems they also come in the bicolour, with dark grey.

Absolutely a complete different car.
