Because in order to get one thing, you have to buy 2 other things and they call it a package. I would love the HUD for 1000, but not at the expense of an additional 2500 for a nav system i am never going to use.

And McDonalds is evil too because they offer a combo meal for cheaper than buying they burger, fries and a drink all individual, right? Of course they're trying to get you to buy more. It's what makes the retail world go round. If you don't like it, don't buy it.

You obviously didnt understand what i wrote. Its ridiculous to force someone to buy a 3000 dollar navigation they dont need just to get the 1000 heads up display.

I have no problem with bundling options and charging less calling it a package.

since when does CUP HOLDERS aren't standard? It's funny that it's even mention on the included list. I guess they didn't have anything else to add to it.

Not sure if this has been posted, but the main thread about "ordering info" is not comprehensive. This PDF file that I got from a local BMW dealer has all the info including linked options, exclusive options and all the limitations.

Based on this doesnt look like 328i sportline will have staggered rim setup.

In fact most of the sportline looks cosmetic.

Wonder if I could get base car, msport suspension, and 19" and sport seats leather. hmmmmmmm

First I've seen this. Good stuff - thanks for providing! Now, time to go wade through. Looks like Sport Line to get sports seats though which sucks (I like the wood trim better).

no, sports seats require sport line. That was the first thing I was looking for as well!

Yea, that is the width(in mm)

currently the 328 sport package is 225/45/17 25540/17
on 335 the setup is 225/40/8 255/35/18

From what i have seen, the new 328 will not have a stagggered setup but the 335 will...of course you order the 19's but who knows.

Press photos show Sport Seats [Option 481] appear on all of Lines, however if I'm reading the form correctly they seem to be exclusive to the Sport Line? True or False

328 won't be available with 19" wheels

It might be an option...all the testers have it. Hopefully its a $500 upgrade.

If you look at the ordering sheet, it's not an option for the US market. It's only an option for the European and overseas markets.

seems like xenons require Premium Package. i'm kinda annoyed navi must be ordered with Heads up display and not separately. this can really start to add up.

Am I missing something or is BMW offering a more limited interior leather color choice. If I do not want one of the 3 "Lines" it seems that you can only order black or beige Dakoda leather- seems very stupid. I hope I'm wrong.

I noticed this as well. it's pretty ridiculous that the 328i in sport will be driven by 225s
